Signature Team Cohesion - Two Day Program
Objective: to create highly functional, flourishing teams skilled in open, honest, and direct communication; ability to resolve conflict effectively; expand trust levels, understand the dynamics and strengths of the group; individual leadership styles, and the key to cohesion.
Outcome: Productivity, profit and talent retention, achievement of strategic initiatives
Methodology: Assessment, Experiential Learning, and Measurements
- Pre-work: A Group Assessment is a combination of 1:1 interviews with each team member coupled with a Group Assessment Survey which measures the essential elements of highly functional teams.
- Two Day Experiential Learning Session to motivate, invigorate, and re-energize the team in a non-traditional learning environment. The exercises are fast moving, deeply rooted in theory, concepts, and history and meticulously tailored to each groups’ needs.
- 360 Degree Feedback Surveys: Surveys that measure leadership skills and the process to better understand and support each member.
- Leadership Styles Inventory: A thoughtful diagnostic tool to understand innate individual leadership styles offered in an experiential learning environment. The tool is used to offer feedback and guidance for individual and group growth (The Leadership Wheel).
