Workshop AZ’s Coachology is an accelerated program to make sustainable change rapid.
How it works: Join a small group of other industry professionals for an intensive four day experience to ignite and shift the focus on how you lead. You will learn managing with heart, dealing with difficult situations and staff, meeting design, and leadership styles. Following the workshop, you will partner with a coaching consultant for monthly 90-minute sessions for learning sustainability.

Bio for Nancy White
White improves communication, efficiency, and productivity for team development and individual performance through proven theories and concepts balanced with real-life experiences. White earned a Master of Science in Positive Organization Development and Change, Certificate in Developing Leadership through Emotional Intelligence for coaching and sustainable change, and an Appreciative Inquiry Certificate in Positive Business and Society Change to accelerate organizational change from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. White leveraged her success in senior leadership hotel positions for over twenty years in Arizona, Texas, and the northeast before launching Workshop AZ in 2004 to specialize in group dynamics. She demonstrated effective leadership during cultural change initiatives at The Worthington Hotel Operating Company in Fort Worth, Texas which resulted in consistent retention of highly productive and efficient workgroups and profit retention. Her experience and success with multiple owners and management companies in competitive markets prepared her for economic and organization challenges of the day. White is the master facilitator, coach for transformation and positive change and designer of experiential programs. She entrenches herself in her work with organizations to understand and appreciate the culture, embrace the operation, and view through the eyes of the customer and client.
